I love medicine. I love my kids. I love my wife. I love my patients.
In clinical practice I often find myself giving several of my patients similar advice and education. Advice that I felt should be easily accessible, and at times, I wish was given years before they saw me. Education that I felt should be available to everyone with similar conditions, or certain health risks. I thought of writing a blog as a way to get my thoughts out there. Thoughts and opinions that my patients find useful, and I felt makes a difference to their health. There are several resources available that provide factual education, I wanted to make this blog different. I wanted to provide a synopsis of my observations, my opinions, information I have found makes a difference to my patients. The intent is to supplement what my readers might read or hear from doing their research or from their doctors office. I hope I am able to accomplish this.
Doctors , just by the way, also happen to be people. I have been happily married since 1998, and have since become a father of the most awesome daughters a man could ever wish for. I love photography and music. I drool over fast cars as much as the next guy, and guess what, I also pay a mortgage. You will find my blog dotted with a few random posts – hence the title – “Diverse Docs”. I hope you enjoy my blog.
